About
Evonne Lin holds a Bachelor of Music in Piano Performance from the University of Southern California’s (USC) Thornton School of Music, graduating summa cum laude. She studied under the tutelage of Bernadene Blaha as a merit scholarship recipient. During her studies, she has served as a collaborative pianist with vocalists and instrumentalists in juries, lessons, recitals, and group voice classes. Evonne has performed in masterclasses and received coaching from renowned artists and music educators such as Dmitry Rachmanov, Inna Faliks, Peter Mack, Keith Porter-Snell, and Diane Hidy. Her pre-college teachers include Olya Katsman and Larisa Kagan.

In addition to her musical training, Evonne double minored in Psychology and Occupational Science and received Renaissance Scholar distinction for interdisciplinary achievement. Currently, she is pursuing a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy at USC and is dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages in meaningful engagement through occupation and creative expression. She has worked with children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities, as well as adults with physical and cognitive impairments. As a music instructor, she draws on these experiences to create an inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming learning environment that celebrates each student's unique strengths.

Aside from her academic and teaching work, Evonne enjoys sharing music with the community. She has performed for hospital patients and senior residents across the Bay Area and in Los Angeles, and in benefit concerts supporting organizations, including Hearts of Hope, Friends of Children with Special Needs, and the Deaf Plus Adult Community.
